Its workflow checks and dates are planning aids; they do not authorize a sale, replace current-law review, or replace advice from a licensed attorney. Operators remain responsible for confirming the facts of each case and obtaining appropriate legal guidance.
The product is currently in beta with a limited group of self-storage operators. The public demo uses fictional information and stores demo changes in the visitor’s browser. Features, supported states, and operational integrations will expand carefully as the product is tested.
